Very exceptional service. Got free taste tests of beers, got discounts for unknown reasons and the server was there when you needed her and didn't bother or pester you. Granted, visited around 2:15 so it wasn't very busy. But loved it.
Love this location! Wonderful service, servers who have worked here forever, and the food is always as good as expected. Their tapping events are pretty fun too.
Would be five stars if they got their wait system fixed. Delicious food, but when we put our name in they somehow lost it. When we asked about it we weren't given prority even though they lost our name. We ended up waiting 45 min when we were told 15 min. Don't come here if you want to get in and out in a reasonable time.
Our waiter was slightly rude and wouldn't let my wife pay for my drink even though she ordered it at the bar. When he split the bill he put the drink on my tab even though my wife wanted to buy it for me- he didn't ask how it should be split. My fork wrapped in the napkin had a big gross chunk of food on it. I ordered the Idaho Nachos and they were bottom of the bag waffle fries that had been re-fried several times and were in tiny burnt chunks. I maybe had 2 of 3 whole waffle fries. My wife ordered a sandwich and her bread was burnt. The others that were with us were served their food ten minutes before us and it took another 10 minutes to get our bill. After that, I went to the bathroom and it was in horrendous condition: the counter had pooling water and the garbage was so full that paper towels were spilling on floor and the dispenser had the door flung open with paper towels spilling out too. Mind you it was not busy at all. Maybe two or three tables eating in the whole restaurant.
We celebrated my wife's birthday here. The service was good but a little slow because it was very busy. Its hard to talk sometimes and there will be a wait to be served. The beer and the food were excellent. It won't be a regular thing for us but is a good place for a small group to have a nice night out.
