My new favorite salon. Got my underarms done by a pro. No after burn bumps etc... Hair cut was exactly what I asked for. She checked in aswe went along, didn't have to deal with a bunch of salon gossip. It was comfortable easy and I will be returning.
Complained directly to owner who had Jen the manager call - she was miffed because I didn't contact them sooner (Wednesday) and had cut/color on Friday night. Really? She wanted me to come back to fix it but then had hardly any times available for me to do so. When I again complained to owner she again but me off to Jen and Jen called to refund me- but ZERO offer of apologies for being miffed that I didn't call soon enough- seriously folks?
I really enjoyed my hot stone massage with Jasmine. She was very good and helped me to relax. I will never be able to get a regular message again. The hot stones felt amazing. I highly recommend Jasmine.
Went in as a blonde, asked for low maintenance lowlights one shade darker than my blonde. Left with raven black hair, and experienced the worst customer service imaginable from the stylist and manager. Now, I have 6 months of hair transition (not low maintenance). Awful experience. Please take this to heart before you make an appointment here! If only I could rewind time...
Three strikes rule: visit #1 was not what i asked for but a good cut. Visit #2 armed with photos really, really unhappy wth my cut. Not even close to what i asked for (with photos! ) visit #3 not only not what i asked for but isn't a good cut. Terrible technique, missed hairs around my ears and at hairline. I shouldn't have to recut my own hair after paying $50 for a professional cut. Manager was unhelpful and not flexible at all. I won't be back.
Refund did happen but they kept my tip. They should have refunded full amount and paid stylists tip out of their own pocket - when I walked out of the salon (looking god awful) I was still hoping I could wash/ dry/style and make it better - so I wasn't going to stiff the gal. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right- service mistakes are about HOW you recover...Oh well - lots of great referrals to legit salons in MG!
Cut wasn't anything like the pictures I shared-she cut about 2+ in off compared to pic- and was crooked in the back and over the ears - I'm pretty sure I could have done better myself in front of mirror. Color - went in with blond and just wanted a FEW low lights- came out mouse brown!
