Very confusing when entering as one doesn't really know where to go or what to do. I saw only three cars in line so I thought i'd try it. I waited in one spot for eight minutes without moving. I'm not sure why and they never apologized or explained why. The wash itself was fine, but I like Mister Car wash way better as they have someone dry your car and it is much cheaper. When I got to the blow dryer, I saw a piece of my wiper blow off. I have never had any problems ever before. I got out and talked with a young guy there and he did nothing. I have emailed them three times and have not even received a reply. It looks like one of those companies that will gladly take your money but won't answer you if you have a problem. I will never go back there! NO customer service! Beware!
My car was not that dirty and for $32 I paid to have my exterior washed and interior cleaned! BEWARE "cleaning" is a term used loosely here and referred to as "wiped down" interior! This REALLY translates to dusting!!!
I have bug slatter still on my windshield and dust/crumbs in my center console!!!
Sub-rate place! Horribly overpriced and poor quality of work!
Called to complain and was on hold for 15 minutes AFTER the girl on the phone told me that's what I should expect because it costs MORE for them to CLEAN my car! They only dust and clean windows!!!
After reading the Local Guide reviews listed below I am shocked they are giving such high stars. I can only assume they are bits or used to overpaying for shotty work and service!
I was able to clean my interior with 2 basic car wipes!!! The excuse and the service is so sub par! I have tried this place at least 6 times since they opened and have received inconsistent cleaning and tragically consistent lack of quality.
I've been here several times. What a terrible carwash. Last straw is right now. They told me they can't wipe down my seats because they are understaffed. Overpriced and you don't get a good wash or cleaning. I'm sitting in their lobby writing this review. I will never be back. This place is awful.
Edit: the reason the $4 is relevant is because it it normally used for the parking ramp at thw children's hospital. So thanks for that.
I've had generally good experiences here but the service could be improved. Last time I was there and while waiting for my car to be vacuumed in the waiting area several employees were talking by the desk loudly, completely ignoring customers. The beverage station was in need of cleaning. Very unprofessional.
Had an interior detail and generic exterior clean done on my wife's car. Though the price was $180 I figured they would have at least wiped down the dash and center console. The interesting thing is I know they were using the center console since they took $4 cash we normally use for parking.
Update:: The response to my review was even worse!! It is NOT worth paying the money! DO NOT GO HERE!!
