After purchasing a large sectional sofa from the Maple Grove Becker location and having an issue with color match after additional pieces were custom ordered, both Giles and store manager Shane spent a lot of time making sure the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. Customer service really was excellent. Have shopped this store before and will continue to be a loyal customer.
I am so extremely impressed with the staff at this location! Everyone was so kind and had so much patience with all of my questions, as I am a first time new furniture buyer! Even the manager took time to show me around! I would most definitely recommend The Becker Furniture World in Maple Grove and we will be back! Thank you all for such an enjoyable experience!

Salesperson Bruce is very customer focused and is a true professional. He likes making sure all parties are satisfied. Selection and prices are better than the competition.

Assuming a 10 is outstanding, the two delivery men arrived when they said they would. They were friendly and respectful of our personal items (i.e. walking in and out of the house). In addition, when I pointed out what looks to be a defect in the sectional we purchased, one of them took pictures and said he would contact customer service for us. They were efficient.
