Been here multiple times. It's a popular place to see movies. Amenities are ok. Bathrooms were clean but some air dryers and faucets were broken at the time of this review. There's plenty of parking. It's a great place if you want to eat and shop before and/or after.
Very nice theater and location. Can be a little warm at times in theater so, they could do a better job with the climate control. But, outside of the temperature in theater, we enjoy the experience. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. Very impressive!
The super comfy recliners do not appear to be in the IMAX, and I'm not sure about other rooms.
Nice theater. Good location with plenty of parking. Went to see a private screening of a documentary and we were in one of the small screens without the super cushy recliners.
I realize it was busy today, but the staff was incredibly rude, especially the concession stand. After having the movie I went to see be sold out and waited in line for 20 minutes to get popcorn (the next movie was 45 minutes later), I was completely shocked at how rude the girl who served me popcorn was. $14 for a regular popcorn and small drink and she actually walked away from me when I asked her a question. I’ll try to go to other theaters in the future.
Food service was understaffed the week after Christmas which was a bummer. They should expect more traffic while kids and parents have time off school and work. Two people working behind the counter for a line of more than 40 people doesn't sit well for either folks. Price for food, drinks, and candy is typical for theaters (over priced).
Love this place. Excellent customer service. I'm sad they got rid of the separate priority line they had at concessions for stubs premiere members though. That was a nice perk.
