12/21/17. Satisfied with Andrews work and professionalism. But, what I was charged for the work that was done is ridiculous.....$479 to install a new kitchen faucet that I supplied. He removed the existing faucet but then added 3 shut off valves at my request for an additional $65 bringing the total cost to $544. It was $479 for labor and he was at my house for a little over an hour
Fast forward to December of 2017 - We called BNC to come and take a look at our furnace as it was giving us trouble. They confirmed that not only was our burner plate NOT cracked, but Dean's couldn't have legally left the house with my furnace in that condition as cracked burner plates cause carbon monoxide to be emitted into the house.
TOTAL RIP OFF and I would not recommend this company to anybody. I asked for a rate and estimate when I called for an appointment and was told that it would be given to me after he determined the extent of the job. Very disappointing that they could not have given me a ball park cost when calling for an estimate after they have done hundreds or thousands of faucet installations over the years. Plus I am 74 and retired and was not given the senior discount that they advertise on their website.
Jason L. and Roy arrived on schedule to install a new furnace. They were polite, professional, and very efficient. They were careful to keep everything clean as they worked, and the area they worked in looked tidier than ever after they left. I would highly recommend Dean's Professional to anybody needing their services.
Dean's has very professional group of people that my husband and I are very grateful for. They do exceptional work. They know exactly what they are doing and they do it right the first time to prevent issues down the road. They always assess and very clearly explain what's working well and what needs to be done. They are very professional, courteous, efficient, and never high pressure. It's comforting to have reliable and trustworthy people that you know you can count on.
SCAM ARTISTS! RUN AWAY AND DO NOT CONSIDER HIRING THEM TO DO ANYTHING! Unless you're into screwing people over - then they'd be great consultants.
This was not an emergency and was done in the afternoon, not during off hours.
I'd also like to note that my friends' house had a main line that collapsed. They called Dean's for an estimate; Dean's quoted around $13k, and another company did the same work for about $4k.
I scheduled a furnace cleaning and inspection for October of 2015. I was told that my burner plate was cracked, and they recommended replacing my furnace that year. I asked if I could get by for a few more years, and they said it should be fine. I was a single, 28 year old female, living in a new house by myself. I thought I could trust a company like Dean's with great reviews... Not so much.

I would never call Deans Electric again! I was told that they would be here in the morning. I got a phone call saying that they would not show up until the afternoon. Between 12-4PM. I was told no charges until problem was known. Not so! I was told it would cost $180 just to see what the problem was. When I said I was not going to pay that and they could leave they wanted to charge me a travel fee! Not going to happen! The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to give at least a star in order to post a review
