Michael and Brandon Doyle have their profession refined to a science! We primarily worked with Michael. He communicated what was going to happen when, and let us know the psychology of a fairly crazy market. He had several layers of strategy for selling our home, though most were unneeded because of how quickly it sold. We also worked with him to buy our current place. He let us know our options, helped us craft the best offer, and negotiated the final purchase agreement. Most importantly to us, Michael communicated.
