I was not pleased by the staff. I went to buy hamsters and the young gal refused to sell them to me because I already have 2. I know it is "ideal" to buy litter mates but that is not always an option. I can guarantee that once there cages get down to 1 per cage they put them all together and restock. She has no idea what kind of setup I have and what does it matter to her? People buy mice to feed snakes and I don't agree with that but that doesn't mean I don't have to sell them to people who are. I will not ever set foot in this petsmart location again!
Took our dog to this location to be trained and the trainer canceled 4 of the 6 trainings. Canceling a couple times as I walked into the store for the scheduled training. We had a private class with the trainer but that should have been in addition to the classes we had already paid for. Save yourself time and money and take your dog to an official dog training business not a pet store. What they offered to make up for the canceled classes was not equal to what we paid because we still have an untrained dog.
Also thank you to Fuchino's fans in San Diego for sending him email, which were waiting for him this morning. He is still a real personality and a real sweetheart. Unfortunately we lost Princess earlier this year.
We boarded our dog while in Vegas - we've used the pet hotel numerous times and have never had a problem until this last time which we will never bring him back again. They called us twice citing our dog had blood in his bm and had to be picked up. My mother in law picked him up and he was covered from
Danielle in grooming is my favorite! She actually listens to what i ask for regarding my dogs cut. She even surprised me with a green Mohawk on my little guy. The only downfall is that you cannot tip off of your card when you pay. I tried and they said you have to use cash which i didn't have on me at the time. I will have to just tip her well next time ;)
Fuchino looked great as usual, so very happy with his grooming appointment. Daniel H. Was a new groomer for him and will be looking forward to creating a relationship with this new groomer, since my little boy seemed happy.
Neck to paws in diarrhea. They didn't bother to clean him up and based on his looks he must have had diarrhea in his kennel and slept in it.
We now have to pay an additional cost on having him professional groomed because he fur is so stained. We will never use this hotel again.
