I just want to add that my second trip was even worse. The above comments are still true; however, the chicken on my tacos was noticeably raw. Those tacos passed three employees to get to me, I don't understand how no one noticed. NOT A DEMONSTRATION OF HIGH STANDARDS.
I give this store a one star for our visit today. The following reasons are why. Our visit was at 6pm. All garbage are overflowing. Every table was dirty and floor was awful. As we walked up to order you could tell everyone BUT the cashier didn't want to be here. Not a single "hey guys how are you?" And not one smile . No chips were stocked as people thought they were out. There was food ALL over where you pay. See I love chipotle and have always liked the kindness but today turned me off
Though the people are very pleasant and get you through the line fairly quickly, high standards don't seem to be a priority. Rice was old, pinto beans undercooked, carnitas not shredded properly with an overwhelming amount of fat.... On a high note, I received the proper portions of food. The drink station was clean and well stocked, but most of the tables weren't clean in the dining room.
I recommend going to the Elm Creek location instead.

Went today for supper after my wife was discharged from the hospital. As soon as we got up to the counter we got attitude right away from the employee. Not one smile or friendliness in the whole restaurant. Every garbage was overflowing onto the floor and food all over the counter where you pay, tables, and pop station. Extremely disappointed in everything about this location. If I could I would add all the photos I took tonight.
Im sick of asking for more rice at this location. Is there a rice shortage in northern Maple Grove because Main Street always gives me enough. Other then that it was a great experience!
Had a recent delivery of 4 meals, which I ordered online, delivered from this location, but 2 of the 4 meals had half of the products missing - even the added products that cost extra were not in the meals. I understand "busy", so I will give it a try again, but please....read the order :)
