The check out person was very helpful and pleasant. I do not like JCPenney style of pricing! Most often needing one item and not two paying full retail on that one item. If they keep this up I'm bringing my purchases somewhere else.
Very helpful staff, store is very clean. They put a lot in a small store. Convenient shopping not at a large mall.
Tonight is my first time at this location, of Maple Grove. Each department is much smaller than a mall JC Penny's site, which is great!
Otherwise the place was clean, the fitting room hanging cart was full (I feel bad for the employees), and the employees were smiling.
I gave this place a 3 star review because, as you can see in the pictures, there is LITERALLY, a fun house mirror, in the ladies fitting room, for the swimsuit section! I couldn't believe my eyes. So, be aware of this, when you go shopping here. I didn't check out the other fitting rooms, because the store was closing for the night, but I'm coming back tomorrow so I'll check it out then
No one visible to ask questions except other shoppers. Lines were long at checkout, but they moved quickly as employees stepped up & opened/manned more registers.
Upon walking in the door I was impressed with the order and cleanliness of this store. ANA is one of my favorite clothing lines and was right there at the entrance. Lots of well-organized racks and a variety of clothing. Like the JCP I used to know years ago before it changed formats and had less clothing. Dressing rooms were neat and clean. Staff was pleasant.
A lot of merchandise lying on floor, piled in a heap, and generally a huge mess. Not impressed.
