Shop here all the time and spending large amount of money, yet when I bought a nice heavy jacket and ask for the hanger, they would not give me one! Whatever happen to treating "good" loyal customer with something nice?
Yes, customer service can be better with a little tiding up in the store. However, is someone really complaining about hangers right now..? 1) Why would u want that type of hanger. Nothing about it is nice. 2) HANGERS ARE CHEAP - GO TO WALMART or buy them at Marshalls, and 3) They reuse their hangers - which I believe is a great thing any retail store should do. That has nothing to do with customer service. Overall, i'd still shop at this location even tho the lines can get long.
