I went to the store tonight to buy a bridal shower gift and none of the kiosks we're working anywhere in the store. I went to the service counter and the store manager happened to be there and she said she would help me. She used her own phone and pulled up the gift registry and took me to the part of the store where I wanted to pick out my gifts. She was extremely helpful and kind. She also was generous with my purchase. Thank you to her and the other staff who did try to help with the kiosks.
Worst manager in Minnesota prices are never correctly placed an they do not adjust when it's a store error

It's a big store, the building looks grand new and it has great prices. The staff are great, nice and well prepared!
The store in Maple Grove is simply amazing. I did an very late order (20 Min before the store closed) and by the time I got there 3 Min before they closed (not waiting for email confirmation) it was waiting for me. The store employees, they really care for their customers and it is a big part of a good customer experience at this store. I was in a very difficult situation, because I had to travel next morning they were so nice and welcoming I’m really impressed. Big thank you to the Maple Grove team! I definitely will come back!
