Is it possible to give a zero star because I have NEVER received this bad of customer service from a sales associate, cashier, AND SUPERVISOR! Granted it was Black Friday but NEVER have I been treated like this in my WHOLE entire life! Especially from a SUPERVISOR!! I was not trying to be a rude customer or rip them off I've been in retail before I know how much of a pain in the butt it is when you have a difficult customer but never have I been shrugged off or treated like they could care less about me. They stocked the item in the wrong area AND put the sign on there and when asked EVERYONE would not do a price check for me. The supervisor told me and I quote "the price is as is if you don't want to buy it you don't have to" MY OWN FAMILY HAD TO GO DO A PRICE CHECK!!! When pointed out to a sales associate that the WHOLE STACK OF CHROMEBOOKS were in the wrong area and or had a wrong price listed on it I was told it was the correct one, I had to basically yell at him that it was not because I just had the whole argument the front end about that, then I was told that it wasn't his department and he didn't know to go ask someone else. Seriously? I don't think me o my family and friends will ever be returning to this Best Buy ever again. I have NEVER felt like I wasn't cared about as a customer.

Great customer service and great prices. They will match amazon as long as it is a shipped and sold by amazon product! I have used there geek squad for warranty services and they have always been very friendly and helpful, especially compared to trying to deal with the manufacturer who can be a headache. Geek squad has replaced and repaired several things for me very quickly with no questions asked. I will always come back to the Maple Grove store for all of my electronic and appliance needs!

They have way too many employees, you get stalked and badgered everywhere you go in the store from the minute you walk in. As soon as they help you pick the product out, they are ready for you to check out, and stalk you throughout the store until you pay for your item. If you want to browse in a different area, you get a new stalker. I definitely ended my shopping early to just be done with it! Weston is the best, just ask for him!!!

Thank you Maple Grove Best Buy employees for not selling all of your Xbox One's. Because of your hard working effort, I was able to make a purchase and buy an Xbox One S. It was pulled off your shelves and is being shipped here to me in Oregon. Thank You.

I bought a Moto G5+ from Best Buy, and a month and a half later the GPS stopped working. After my second visit, Geek Squad staff referred me to Motorola warranty support. After troubleshooting with warranty support, it was determined my phone was defective. I was required to pay an additional $24.90 to have a temporary phone shipped to me so I would not be without a phone and a temporary $200 hold while the loaner was in use. This process was not consumer oriented (not being able to resolve in person and being referred to handle over the phone) and these process details speak loudly on future decisions to shop at Best Buy or buy Motorola products.

Update as of 12/10/17: I received a replacement phone from Motorola that was "slightly used" as per the agreement of their replacement policy. It is having the same problem as before. In Google Maps, the blue dot will jump four blocks from where I am in my car, and never enters navigation mode. Currently working with Motorola support to try to resolve the issue...
