Got a Groupon, went in, they gave me a time frame and it was completed when they said it would be. Great workmanship, excellent customer service (called me by my first name). Absolutely would recommend and go there again.

They were great! My MacBook crashed. Visiting the Apple Genius Bar first, they told me repairing was not a “good idea”. I tried Device Pit Stop and they explained the options. We decided to fix it with a new hard drive for $139. This Mac has probably 5 more years of great life left. They did what was best for me. That is what I want in a business.
