We had a great stay! The hotel is very easy to get to and it's right off the interstate in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, plus a coffee shop within easy walking distance). I would be a guest again anytime.
The location wasn't bad, right next to the highway, but other hotels are right in a big complex of stores which would have been better. Rooms were very nice. Service was good. Had a nice gym and pool.
I had my wedding this past weekend. They were great to work with to block out rooms for my family from out of town. The suite they provided me for the night before and night of wedding was amazing. Staff was helpful every step of the way. I have to give a major shout out to keelie at the front desk. She helped me with saving a room for a groomsmen that waited till the last second to book room. She also was on top of anything I asked of her. The breakfast was so good and well worth the extra money. I will stay here again for sure. Best in maple grove.
The front desk service was great. However, we waited an hour for our room to be ready. It still wasn't. We went to our wedding and put our stuff in the luggage closet to be put in our rooms. The stuff wasn't put in our rooms and we had to grab it after the wedding.
We stayed on the second floor of this location for a wedding we we're in town attending that weekend. The room was large, clean with a comfortable mattress. The service itself was perfect, easy check in/out and quality housekeeping.
